Survey Question of the Week

Do you agree with the FBI's decision not to prosecute Hillary Clinton for her use of emails during her time as Secretary of State?

On Tuesday FBI Director James Comey announced that he would not recommend charges be brought against Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server to send classified information. Mrs. Clinton allegedly violated Title 18 of the U.S. Code, which makes it unlawful to send or store classified information on personal email, the 2009 Federal Records Act, which requires official emails to be sent and received within the appropriate agency record-keeping system, and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which her personal email system was designed to circumvent.

This decision has raised eyebrows as Bill Clinton met privately with Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and new reports indicate that Secretary Clinton might retain Lynch as Attorney General should she become the next president.
