Trade Adjustment Assistance - TAA
TAA is a program of the US Department of Labor that provides a variety of reemployment services and benefits to workers who have lost their jobs or suffered a reduction of hours and wages as a result of increased imports or shifts in production outside the US.

Workforce Investment Act - WIA
WIA provides increased flexibility for state and local officials to establish broad-based labor market systems using federal job training funds for adults, dislocated workers and youth.
