Support for Students and Employees Impacted by ITT Tech's Closure

ITT Technical Institute has permanently discontinued all operations, effective September 16, 2016. Students and employees impacted by this closure can get help and access resources at the following locations:

The Indiana Commission for Higher Education has a number of resources available for students impacted by the closure of ITT Tech. Please visit http://in.gov/che/ for more information and for a list of frequently asked questions. 

If you need to request your transcript or download a list of schools in your area with similar programs of study or view a list of schools with articularion agreements with ITT Tech where you may be able to complete your program of study, visit www.itt-tech.edu.

Resources for Employees

The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) and its community partners, EmployIndy and WorkOne Central Indiana, have activated the state’s Rapid Response team to assist employees affected by ITT Tech closing facilities in Carmel and Indianapolis.

The state’s Rapid Response team is activated when a significant layoff or plant closure occurs and pairs knowledgeable WorkOne staff with displaced employees to move them toward a plan for re-employment as soon as possible. Activities focus on connecting displaced employees with local employment opportunities as well as providing resume assistance, interview workshops and skills assessments.
