My office is happy to arrange for a United States flag to be flown over the Capitol building and mailed to you with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate includes information specified by you, such as the date the flag was flown and/or the person or occasion it honors.Due to Congressional protocol, we can only accommodate flags for constituent's of California's 49th District.
To place a flag order, please complete this Flag Request Form. You may purchase flags using a major credit card, check or money order. Checks and money orders should be mailed to the designated address along with your payment. Completed order forms accompanied by a check or money order made payable to “Congressman Darrell Issa Office Supply Account” are required before such requests can be processed.
