Washington, D.C. – Congressman Ted S. Yoho’s (R-FL-03) re-introduced the State Sponsors of Terrorism Review Enhancement Act for the 115th Congress. This anti-terrorism bill passed the House last year.
Washington, D.C. –Congressman Ted S. Yoho (R-FL) introduced the Trust Restored to the United States Act (TRUST- H.R. 291). The TRUST Act will eliminate the taxpayer-funded portions of congressional pensions for Members of Congress who are convicted of a felony while serving. As I noted in this same space earlier this year, I have long been skeptical of how U.S. taxpayer dollars are spent overseas, having heard countless stories of America's generosity being rewarded by wasteful projects and corrupt foreign bureaucrats enriching themselves at the expense of the U.S. taxpayer and robbing their own citizens of those intended benefits.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) are standing in the way of improving customer service for our nation’s veterans. We introduced WINGMAN (H.R. 5166) in May of this year with broad bipartisan support - 137 of our colleagues in the House signed on as co-sponsors.

Congressman Ted Yoho was on CNN's 'New Day' discussing his bill H.R. 5759 - the Preventing Executive Overreach on Immigration Act.
His bill is a long term solution that will apply to executive actions that attempt to circumvent immigration law. This is in contrast to any appropriations mechanism, which is only short term and will have an expiration date.
