WASHINGTON – The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) has awarded the City of Cumberland a $250,000 grant to conduct planning, engineering and design for road improvements on Baltimore Street and surrounding roads in Cumberland. The grant will be matched by investment from the City and is estimated to support 50 local jobs.
