If you would like to request a meeting with me in state, or request that I speak at your Kansas event, please send a detailed letter by fax or mail to my Overland Park office. Your request letter should include the following items and any other relevant details: date, time, name, organization, address, phone number(s), e-mail address, and a brief description of your event or issue. Or you may complete the Kansas scheduling request located to the right.

While I do my best to accommodate every request, the busy Senate schedule often requires my presence in Washington, DC making it a challenge to attend every Kansas event. However, if I am not available, please know that one of my staff will work with you to satisfy your needs to best address your request.

Although I will do my best to meet with every Kansan who visits my office, it is often hard to predict the Senate’s schedule and accommodate each and every person who requests a meeting. However, in the event that I am not available, please know that one of my staff will be glad to meet with you and pass along any concerns you may have to me.
