Flag Requests

American flags are available for purchase through Sen. Roberts office in Washington, D.C. for special events, ceremonies, gifts, or celebrations of achievement. Upon request, we can also have flags flown over the U.S. Capitol before sending them. A certificate from our office will accompany flags flown over the Capitol as a record of the event.

There are two ways to request an American flag from Senator Robert's office.

Option 1: Online Payment Request

Click here to begin your flag request online. You will be redirected to Pay.gov; a website operated by the U.S. Treasury Department used to ensure electronic payments to Federal Government Agencies are secure. You can use your credit card, PayPal account, or ACH Debit bank account; this is the fastest method.

Please Note:

  • Flag requests must be submittted no later than one week before the fly date and no more than 30 days in advance of the fly date.
  • Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks to receive your flag after the flag has been flown.

Disclaimer: We are unable to provide refunds or order cancellations 24 hours after a flag request transaction has been made.

Option 2: Mail Request

Fill out the form below and click "Print Form" when completed. A new window will appear with the calculated cost. Mail a printed copy of the completed form and a check, made out to the "Keeper of the Stationary", to:

Each flag will be accompanied with a certificate signed by the Architect of the Capitol certifying the date that the flag was flown over the United States Capitol and listing the name of the person/persons or organization for whom the flag was purchased. Please provide the following information, as applicable, so that we can include the appropriate information on the flag certificate.
