Josh Bradley - Legislative Correspondent

Josh Bradley joined Congressman Brady’s team in 2016. Originally from Tyler, Texas, Josh graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a degree in Economics and Political Science, before moving to Washington D.C. with the University of Texas Archer Fellowship Program. His first introduction to Team Brady came through a summer internship, but following a brief stint as Congressman Pete Olson’s Staff Assistant, he returned to Congressman Brady’s office as a Legislative Correspondent in 2016.

Austin Bray - Legislative Assistant

Austin joined Congressman Brady’s office in August of 2016 as a law clerk and now works as a Legislative Assistant. His portfolio includes: Energy, Natural Resources, the Environment, Transportation, Immigration, Labor, Employment, Education, Science and Space, Native American issues, as well as Judiciary and Legal matters. Austin is a District 8 native and received his B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Tulane University Law School. He is a member of the Texas bar. During his time in law school Austin worked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in New Orleans.

David W. Davis – Chief of Staff

Bringing a wealth of Capitol Hill and military experience with him, Lt. Col. David Davis (US Army Ret.) joined Team Brady as Chief of Staff in 2016. After a successful career as a Field Artillery and Foreign Area Officer, David continued serving his country by joining U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison’s team. David’s leadership during multiple base realignment rounds increased Texas’ military clout for the 21st century. David has served as a Senior Advisor on the Senate Commerce Committee, Chief of Staff for the Vice Chair of the Republican Conference, and Legislative Director and Chief of Staff for Senator Hutchison -- as well as in the private sector. A graduate of Mercer University and the Korean Army College, David earned a Masters Degree in World Politics from Catholic University in Washington, DC. A life member of the VFW, David recently served on the Board of the Texas State Society. David's wife, Donna, retired from the U.S. Senate and daughter, Mae, is a junior at Boston University.

Michael G. Ethridge -- Field Representative


Joining Team Brady in the Spring of 2016 is our Field Representative, Michael G Ethridge. A native Texan and Aggie who continues to study government and agricultural policy. Bringing with him a wealth of experience with the Texas Farm Bureau in conservative grassroots organizations, and more, constituents will see Michael out and about. Michael got his start on Team Brady as one of our Washington, D.C. interns in Texas A&M University’s Agriculture and Natural Resources Policy Internship Program.

Tracee L. Evans -- Communications Director


After two decades chasing breaking news for KTRH, WOAI and the Texas State News Network as well as freelance reporting for ABC, the AP, the BBC, CBS, and many others, Tracee joined Team Brady in 2008. A member of the Texas Bar and the Texas Bar College, Tracee earned her JD from South Texas College of Law, her B.A. and M.A. in Communications from MSU, as well as dozens of local, state and national broadcast journalism awards. Tracee and her husband of 26 years are most proud of their daughters. Their oldest is a Texas A&M graduate and current Sam Houston State graduate student and their youngest is a Lone Star College graduate and SHSU junior.

Jen Jett – Scheduler

Jen joined Congressman Brady’s office in 2016 as his Scheduler. A Texas native, Jen earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Prior to joining Team Brady, she served on Carly Fiorina’s presidential campaign. She previously worked for the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform under Chairmen Issa and Chaffetz, and served as Congresswoman Barbara Comstock’s scheduler.

Jeffrey Last – Senior Health Care Legislative Assistant

Prior to joining Team Brady at the start of 2017, Jeffrey served as an Associate Director of Federal Affairs for the Alzheimer’s Association where he focused on research, care, and support policy. He began his involvement with the Alzheimer’s Association shortly after his grandmother’s diagnosis. Care planning within Medicare is just part of his extensive expertise. Jeffrey previously served on Capitol Hill as a Senior Legislative Assistant for Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-07) where he covered the health care policy and a Legislative Aide for Congressman Joe Knollenberg (MI-09). Jeffrey earned his degree in Political Science from Rutgers University. Jeffrey is an avid runner who has competed in 8 marathons in 3 states. He has also attended more than 30 Bruce Springsteen concerts.

Dylan MacInerney
Legislative Aide

Dylan joined Congressman Brady’s office in 2015 as a legislative correspondent and was promoted to Legislative Aide in 2016. A Houston area native, Dylan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Creighton University. Before coming to Congressman Brady’s office, Dylan served as a Staff Assistant for Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins (R-KS).

Allyson Manley -- Deputy Press Secretary

Allyson Manley joined Congressman Brady's DC office in 2016. A Texas native and proud Aggie alum, Allyson comes to us with a strong and diverse communications background. After a successful internship with Anadarko's public affairs team, Allyson served as COO and co-founder of medical device tech startup, Roa. Allyson joined Team Brady from The Aspen Art Museum, where she worked with the communications team and finance director. Her expertise is in social media management and digital marketing.

Brittney May -- Deputy Scheduler

Brittney joined Congressman Brady’s DC office in 2016. A alumni of the University of Texas at Austin, Brittany graduated with a degree in International Relations. After a successful internship with the Committee on Ways and Means, Brittney worked for a small tax firm and as a Staff Assistant for Missouri Ways and Means member Jason Smith.

CDR Josephine Nguyen – Robert Wood Johnson Health Care Fellow

An active duty Navy physician and assistant professor at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Commander Josephine Nguyen will be spending this year as a Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy fellow and policy advisor to Chairman Kevin Brady. In addition to four Navy and Marine Corps Commendation medals, the commander has performed a flight surgery tour in Japan, is a board-certified dermatologist, and served as the Navy’s Young Physician Representative to the American Medical Association (AMA) and as chair to the governing council of the Women Physician Section of the AMA.A United States Naval Academy graduate, CDR Nguyen earned her MD from the Stanford School of Medicine, Masters in the Science of Healthcare Delivery from Dartmouth College and brings to Team Brady a strong medical policy background as former Director of Navy Medical Student Accessions and a Naval Hospital Department Head.

Janet Qureshi -- Director of Case Management


Janet has worked for Congressman Brady for more than two decades -- first in his state legislative office and now in his Congressional office. As Director of Case Management, Janet works with veterans and constituents who need assistance with Social Security, Medicare, Immigration and many other areas of federal government. As a former operating room nurse, her background in medicine helps to get to the bottom of medical concerns that our veterans, seniors and constituents may have. Janet is the proud mother of a Texas A&M and South College of Law graduate. Janet is also Team Brady's chef and frequently brings her love of cooking into the office.

Todd Stephens -- District Director


Todd has been with Congressman Brady's office since January 2005. He first served as Legislative Assistant in the Congressman’s Washington, D.C. office and now oversees Texas District Eight's offices as well as working on important regional policy issues such as transportation, water resources and Hurricane recovery. Prior to joining the Brady Team, Todd served as a professional committee staffer at the Kentucky General Assembly. Todd holds a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Kentucky and a M.A. in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University.

Sahra Park-Su -- Legislative Director

Sahra Park-Su joined Congressman Brady’s office in August 2015. Sahra brings more than a decade of federal and state government experience, having worked in the Executive and Legislative branches of government.  Prior to her arrival, Sahra served as an International Trade Fellow with the Senate Committee on Finance, helping to pass the first package of major trade legislation in 13 years. Sahra also worked as the Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of Import Administration (now Enforcement and Compliance) at the U.S. Department of Commerce, the bureau responsible for enforcing U.S. trade remedy laws, managing the Foreign Trade Zone system, and implementing the textile and apparel provisions of trade agreements.  Before Commerce, she was the Deputy Associate Director at the White House Office of Presidential Personnel handling the presidential appointments and removals for National Security portfolio, and worked for a Member of Congress. 

Sahra holds a bachelor degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a law degree from the George Washington Law School.  She is a native of San Francisco and is fluent in Korean.

Vita Swarers -- Case Worker


Vita Swarers has worked in Congressman Brady's Orange office since January 2008 after joining Team Brady from a Texas State Representative’s office. In January of 2013, Vita transferred to the newly expanded Huntsville office as caseworker for Houston, Leon, Madison San Jacinto, Walker and Trinity counties. Vita helps resolve problems with federal agencies on issues relating to veterans benefits, social security, Medicare, immigration, and other federal programs.
