Help with a Federal Agency

Senator Schatz can help you if you need assistance dealing with a federal agency. A federal agency is an organization that reports to the Executive Branch of the United States Government. If your concern is with a federal agency, we may be able to help. In order for us to contact a federal agency on your behalf, you must first complete and sign a Privacy Release Form and fax or mail it to Senator Schatz’s Honolulu office. To download the Privacy Release Form, click here.
