Option 1 (fastest method): Submit Your Flag Order Online

The fastest way to receive an American flag that has been flown over the Capitol is to visit our Pay.gov page operated by the US Treasury Department by clicking the order button below, where you will be able to submit flag requests online and pay with a credit card, debit card or PayPal. You do not need to fill in the form below if you choose this method.

Option 2: Print Completed Request Form and Mail Check or Money Order

If you prefer to pay with a check or money order, please complete the form below, press "SEND MY REQUEST", print the form and mail in your payment to our office.

If you are interested in requesting a flag that has been flown over the Pentagon, please visit their website at http://www.pfpa.mil/services/flagpnt.html.

**Please note that on October 1st, 2015, prices for flags to be be flown over the Capitol will increase to $6.00 from the current $5.00.
