Mail delivered to the United States Capitol offices undergoes an extensive screening process for security reasons, thus causing a delay in delivery. U.S. Flags are available for purchase through Joe Donnelly's office. At your request and with sufficient notice, the flag can be flown over the U.S. Capitol building in honor of a person or event. Fill out the form.
