Presidential Inauguration Tickets

58th Presidential Inauguration
January 20, 2017

Thank you for your interest in attending the 58th Presidential Inauguration on January 20, 2017 in Washington, D.C.

For over 200 years, Americans from across the country have gathered to witness the inauguration of our nation's next president. The ceremony will take place on the west front of the United States Capitol and will be followed by the new president's inaugural address. Both the swearing-in and inaugural address are ticketed events. There are additional events, such as the Inaugural Parade, that do not require tickets. For a list of the day's events and inaugural history, visit the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies.

Due to the high volume of requests, and because only a limited number of tickets are made available to the office it will not be possible to accommodate every request for tickets. At this time we have received more requests than our ticket allotment and are conducting a lottery to award tickets to those who have submitted requests.  Given this, unfortunately it is highly unlikely we will be able to fulfill your request. If for some reason lottery recipients decline their tickets we will conduct another lottery in the near future. Please note, you must be a constituent to submit a request.

Ticket recipients will be notified via email – we anticipate this will happen around the first of the year. Please note tickets must be picked up in-person in our DC office by Wednesday evening, January 18, 2017. Tickets must be picked up by the person who submitted the request using a valid government-issued ID. Tickets will not be mailed. No exceptions will be made. Tickets will not be available for pick-up on Inauguration Day, as the office will be closed.

(Limit 6 per household)
I have read and accept the above information regarding ticket pick-up.
