Thank you for your interest in the U.S. Service Academies. As your 4th District Congressman in the U.S. House of Representatives, each year I have the privilege of nominating a limited number of people to four of the five service academies.
The honor of attending a service academy comes with an obligation and a commitment to serve in the military for a minimum of five years upon graduation. Best wishes to you in pursuing your goal of attending one of the U.S. Service Academies and serving our country.
To start the service academy nomination process, please download the Service Academy Nomination Form (right click and click "Save Link As...") and then e-mail, fax, or mail the completed form to my Home Office in Wichita. The documents needed to make up a completed nomination file are listed in the Service Academy Nomination Form, in the Service Academy Nomination Information Sheet, and on the Service Academy Nominations Frequently Asked Questions sheet.
