The 2016 Congressional Art Competition showcased the artistic talents of Kansas Fourth District high school students. The competition was open to high school students (grades 9-12), who are residents of the Fourth Congressional District. All 126 pieces artwork submitted were be displayed at CityArts, in the historic Old Town District in Wichita, from March 25 through April 24. On Sunday, April 3, we held a forum and reception, where we celebrated the talents of the students who submitted artwork, gave honorable mention awards to three students, and named the top four winners.
