U.S. Senator Thad Cochran (R-Miss.) today spoke on the floor of the Senate to urge Democratic Senators to drop their filibuster of FY16 appropriations for the Department of Defense. Cochran serves as chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee and its Subcommittee on Defense.
