Radical Islamist terrorists are determined to destroy our way of life.  Through acts of terror and genocide, they are waging war on anyone who does not share their twisted ideology.

Sadly, the administration has underestimated this threat from day one.  It allowed radical Islamist groups to gain new momentum, growing from terrorist cells into full-fledged armies.   And today these terrorists are on the march.

We cannot sit back and allow ISIS to plan and inspire more attacks.  We must take the fight to the enemy, eliminate their sanctuaries and win the battle of ideas.  The House Foreign Affairs Committee will continue to be relentless in its work to support our troops, our diplomats, and our global partners in this fight.
