A Federal District Court Judge has ruled that Texas must modify its 2011 photo voter ID law to allow voters to cast a regular ballot in this year’s election after showing an alternative identification and signing a simple declaration form. 2016 Congressional App Challenge
The “Congressional App Challenge” is open to all high school students in the 33rd Congressional District. Students entering the competition must submit their app’s source code online during the Competition Submission Period which opens on JULY 9th, 2016 and closes at 3pm CST on NOVEMBER 1, 2016, as well as provide one video explaining their app and what they learned through the competition process.
