Japan

Japan has a long history with the OSCE, having been a participant in the 1992 Helsinki Summit. Today, as a Partner for Co-operation, Japan makes generous contributions to the OSCE’s Border Management Staff College, the OSCE’s activities in Ukraine, and to ODIHR’s election observation missions, among other funding initiatives.
