Request a Flag

Upon your request, my office can arrange to have an American flag flown over the U.S. Capitol.  The flag can be flown on any day of the year to honor an individual, special occasion, event, or holiday. In addition to the flag, you will receive a certificate that the flag was flown over the Capitol. The certificate will include the name of the person or organization for whom the flag was flown, the occasion for which it was flown and the date it was flown.

To purchase a flag through my office:

Print and fill out the Flag Request Form in its entirety including any particular information required for the certificate of authenticity. If you would like the flag to be flown in honor of a person or organization, on a specific future date or for a special occasion, please include that information so it can be noted on the certificate. Please allow approximately eight weeks for processing and delivery on all flag orders.
