From the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives, Eighth District Congressman Larry Bucshon, M.D. recognized the heroic action of Boonville native Scott Meador. Meador, who was a bystander to a car wreck at a gas station, bravely pulled a driver to safety before his car was consumed by flames – saving his life.
