@USATODAY election laws in Texas are quite clear. No photography within the polling location. It's a 1A pain for photojournalism.

@JHoekemaPhoto I've learned it's no photography within 100ft of polling sites. But I could be wrong. What do I know -
@PatrickKGBT the info poster states no photographs or use of electronic media in the polling site. But the press is out outside at the 100'. -
@PatrickKGBT Tarrant county allowed it, utrgv student paper was allowed during the primaries. We should petition@TXsecofstate for change. -
@JHoekemaPhoto @PatrickKGBTphotos prohibited in polling place by law. You can contact your legislator for change. http://www.fyi.legis.state.tx.us/Home.aspx

@USATODAY Election selfies are illegal in some states? That's gotta be one of the dumbest things ever. Are their legislators that bored? -
@USATODAY They have laws like this and it's still okay for a clinically insane man to run for president? -
@USATODAY Ok, I'm going to ask the question we all want to know, why?? -
@USATODAY Because if you aren't famous and rich they will bring the actual law down on your head -
@USATODAY How is "No photography within the voting room" unclear? Do you really need "selfie" spelled out for you?! -
@USATODAY@jtimberlake Where is Tennnezzee Justen? -
@USATODAY Everyone is protected under the Constitution, so this is moot. -
@USATODAY All selfies and all cameras should be banned from the voting booths. Federal law should be in place.#MoriahMonet. -
@USATODAY people are stupid and vote for Hillary. -
@USATODAY ok but JT voted in Tennessee and it doesn't show it's banned....
