Sen Voinovich Marks National Hispanic Heritage Month

- U.S. Senator George V. Voinovich (R-Ohio) released a statement marking the beginning of National Hispanic Heritage Month. From September 15 through October 15, America will celebrate the culture and traditions of Spanish-speaking residents who trace their roots to Spain, Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean.
