Vitter Applauds Court’s Decision on Drilling Rules

U.S. Sen. David Vitter today made the following statement after U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman rejected the Obama administration’s newly-issued deepwater drilling regulations known as NTL-05, citing that the government did not comply with proper rule-making guidelines.
