Snowe Congratulates Recipient of Prestigious Coast Guard Award

U.S. Senator Olympia J. Snowe (R-Maine), Ranking Member the Senate Subcommittee on Oceans, Atmosphere, Fisheries, and Coast Guard, today congratulated Chief Boatswain’s Mate John Costabile, a crew member of the Coast Guard cutter Campbell, stationed at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard who was recently named the 2009 Douglas A. Munro Inspirational Leadership Award recipient in recognition of outstanding leadership and professional competence.
