Corker Praises Florida Court's Decision Declaring Health Care Law Unconstitutional

U.S. Senator Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) today praised a Florida judge’s ruling against the president’s health care law. Last November, Corker, along with 32 other Republican senators, signed onto a legal brief filed in the Florida case, arguing the law’s individual mandate is unconstitutional.
