Fincher Receives Spirit of Enterprise Award

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Stephen Fincher (TN-08) released the following statement after receiving the “Spirit of Enterprise” award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce this week:

“I’m honored to receive the Spirit of Enterprise Award. Families and small businesses across our country continue to be held back by excessive Washington red-tape and it needs to end. Small business is the backbone of our economy, which is why I work hard every day for common sense policies that will increase economic growth and create good jobs for hardworking Americans.”

Congressman Fincher has received the U.S. Chamber’s Spirit of Enterprise Award every year he has served in Congress. The Spirit of Enterprise Award is given annually to legislators from both sides of the aisle who show a commitment to enacting pro-growth policies.
