Passports
Securing a U.S. Passport can be a confusing process, especially on short notice. Often times, figuring out where you should submit your application, figuring out which application to use, and deciding when you need to submit application to ensure that you get your Passport prior to your travel date can be difficult. Additionally, changes in law (see link to the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative Information below) now require that those traveling to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda to have a valid U.S. Passport (or Passport Card) to travel. If you need assistance with your efforts to secure a U.S. Passport, my office would be more than happy to assist you.
If you are unable to secure the help you need by using the following resources, I am more than happy to try to help you. However, I will need your written permission to assist you with any passport issues. A PRIVACY ACT RELEASE FORM (bottom of the page) will need to be completed and sent along with a detailed explanation of your request for assistance.
