Below is the tentative legislative schedule for the House of Representatives for the week of May 18. The House will be in session Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

This week, the House will take up consideration of legislation addressing veterans’ homelessness, veterans’ employment, and veterans’ benefits. I’ve made veterans issues one of my top priorities here in Congress, and next Tuesday, I’ll be hosting a Veterans’ Services Workshop in Frederick for constituents in need of assistance. If you or someone in your family is having trouble receiving benefits for your service or if you need assistance working with a federal agency, please take a moment to call my office in Gaithersburg at (301) 926-0300 or in Hagerstown at (301) 733-2900.

If you have feedback or questions on any of the legislation we’re voting on this week, please contact my office.
