Rep. Scott Garrett (NJ-05) joined Varney & Co. live, in-studio, to discuss President Obama's plan to close Guantanamo Bay immediately after the president's announcement this morning. The tour allowed Congressman Garrett to listen to the concerns of local elected officials about rail safety in northern New Jersey while observing crucial rail and infrastructure.
