“The economy continues to improve bit by bit, finally offering some relief to America after so many years of stagnation. For years now, the House has focused on pro-growth policies that free our economy to grow and boost employment. President Obama could help by working with us to get these policies signed into law. But this is about more than just jobs. It’s about wage stagnation that continues in the face of inflation, leaving hardworking Americans with little to fall back on and less room to get ahead. To achieve a full economic recovery, we need solutions that address every problem facing the American people, and the House is prepared to continue offering them.”
