WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Stephen Fincher (TN-08) released the following statement after the House Financial Services Committee advanced his bill to accelerate a company’s ability to enter into an Initial Public Offering (IPO). By simplifying the registration process for small companies going public, the Improving Access to Capital for Emerging Growth Companies Act will make it easier for small businesses to grow and create jobs.

This package includes Congressman Fincher’s bill, H.R. 3606, which breaks away barriers so that emerging growth companies can go public and create jobs.
