Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-TX-28) announced on June 22 he, along with Rep. Andy Harris (R-MD-1), successfully included an amendment to the House Fiscal Year 2017 Homeland Security Appropriations bill to help small businesses who depend on H-2B, or temporary guest worker visas. The amendment and the bill passed the committee and now must be voted on by the Full House.
