Neugebauer Statement on 5th Circuit Court of Appeals Immigration Ruling

“I applaud today’s ruling against President Obama’s executive amnesty. This ruling is a major victory for Texas, our system of checks and balances, and the Constitution. Earlier this month, I was proud to join an amicus brief supporting Texas’ challenge and I am pleased that the rule of law once again prevailed. We must continue to hold the Obama administration accountable and put a stop to the President’s unilateral actions.”
