I lay 100% of the blame for the shutdown at the feet of the GOP. If you want to eliminate or change the ACA, do it through the proper channels and not through an extortionate government shutdown. I think this bad decision of yours will reverberate for years because it will crash the US economy again. Thanks for nothing.

Would any one like to comment on how this seems very similar to how republicans treated democrats in Kline's first year(2003) in congress? Democrats were excluded from final negotiations on energy and Medicare legislation. Nancy Pelosi said in her weekly briefing with reporters Oct. 21, 2003 that "Republicans have turned everything on its ear. The regular order has gone by the by." Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle, D-S.D., said Oct. 17 that excluding Democrats is an "abuse of process" and a "degradation of the institution" that merits attention. "What they want to do is to reach all these agreements and dictate to us what the final decisions would be in the conference, and that's a violation of the trust that we must have in working together, but also a tremendous undermining of the institution itself," Sounds like history repeating itself. It is politics after all.

Congressman Kline, Have the RNC and all other Republicans challenge the Constitutionality of this Onorous piece of Healthcare legislation via legal and any legislative rules and perogatives at your disposal. The same holds true for Cap&Trade. This draconion insanity must NOT become the law of the land! If it does I will become an ex-patriate.
