Graham Calls on Social Security Administration to Re-Open Gadsden Office

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Representative Gwen Graham sent a letter to the Social Security Administration urging the agency to reopen the Gadsden field office and restore access to the in-person services the community has come to expect and rely on. Rep. Graham also criticized SSA for closing the Gadsden County Social Security field office without public input and little warning to the community.
 
“I’ve heard first-hand from constituents across Gadsden County who have been negatively impacted by the office closure,” Rep. Graham said. “These seniors have worked all their lives and paid into Social Security – now, when they need it most, we must be there to help them.”
