WASHINGTON, D.C. – Responding to the letter by FBI Director James Comey to Congressional Committee Chairmen about the FBI re-opening their investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails, Congressman Fleming made the following statement:

“This is an opportunity for the FBI to correct their incomprehensible actions in letting Hillary Clinton evade the very law that they’ve used to throw the book at members of our military. I’m glad that the FBI is re-opening the investigation. I hope that they will look at the totality of the evidence and decide there is a ‘reasonable’ case for prosecution.”
