Sen. Sessions, along with Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, Conference Chairman Lamar Alexander, and Senators Pete Domenici, Johnny Isakson, George Voinovich, and Bob Corker, spoke at a press conference to introduce new budgeting legislation that would create a two year budget cycle.
