MEDIA ADVISORY - Nugent Veterans Benefits Resource Fair

(WASHINGTON, DC) – Congressman Rich Nugent (FL-11) announced today that he will still be hosting his annual Hernando County Veterans Benefits Resource Fair on October 5th, 2013.

Who:  Rep. Rich Nugent, District Staff, representatives from various veterans organizations

What: Veterans Benefits Resource Fair providing information and assistance regarding: veterans claims services, education benefits, employment services, housing / social services, medical, and more.  Local veterans returning from Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom are strongly encouraged to attend.  Assistance will also be available for any World War II veterans who would like to be registered with the National World War II Memorial Registry.
