As a United States Representative, one of my most important responsibilities is to help constituents solve problems with the many agencies and offices of the federal government.

Although I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, I can often intervene on a person's behalf to answer questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape. Below you will find a list of agencies that I can help you with.

Should you need my office’s assistance with a federal agency, please print out the privacy authorization form, complete and sign it, and mail, fax, or deliver it to either of my District Offices. One of my staff will contact you upon receipt. Alternatively, you may call my Shreveport District Office at (318) 798-2254 or my Leesville office (337) 238-0778 to request that a privacy authorization form be mailed to you. If you have any questions, comments, or need immediate assistance, please call either of my offices.
