Text of H.R. 529

The Rules Committee reported a general deabte rule for the consideration of H.R. 5 - Student Success Act and a closed rule for the consideration of H.R. 529 - To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to improve 529 plans on Tuesday, February 24, 2015. The resolution also granted Martial Law and Suspension Authority for any measure making or continuing approppriations for the DHS for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015.
