The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Thursday, September 15, 2016.

 

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of S.2848, Water Resources Development Act, as amended, post-cloture. The time until 11:30am will be equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees.

 

By consent, at 11:30am, all post-cloture time with respect to S.2848, as amended, will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on passage of the bill as amended.

 

Unless an agreement is reached, following disposition of S.2848, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Calendar #516, H.R.5325, the legislative vehicle for the short-term CR.
