Senator Calls for More Naloxone Funding for Paramedics

Paramedics don't have adequate resources to help heroin overdose victims. That from Ohio Senator, Sherrod Brown, joined by Dr. Teresa Long, Columbus Health Commissioner, and other Columbus city leaders, at a press conference Tuesday.

"It shouldn't be easier for Ohioans to get opioids than it is for first responders to get these life-saving drugs," Brown said. "We've seen what a lack of funding has done in this community and around the state."
