The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m.   Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the Conference Report to accompany H.R.2577, MilCon/VA/Zika.

At approximately 11:00 a.m., the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Conference Report.

On Monday, ML McConnell moved to concur in the House amendment to S.2328, the vehicle for the Puerto Rico bill, and filed cloture on the motion to concur. He then filled the amendment tree.  Unless an agreement is reached, the cloture vote on the motion to concur will occur one hour after the Senate convenes on Wednesday.
