On July 27 2009, Senator Mark Warner hosted a broadband summit to discuss how Virginia's local governments, businesses, and non-profit organizations can maximize opportunities available through the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to expand the reach of broadband throughout the Commonwealth.
