I urge residents of the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches to start planning and preparation in advance of hurricane season, which begins on June 1. As you prepare for this year's hurricane season, it may be helpful to visit www.floridadisaster.org for assistance and information regarding hurricane preparation, or call any of my district offices in Palm Beach County at (561) 253-8433, Port St. Lucie at (772) 336-2877, Fort Pierce at (772) 489-0736, or Martin County at (772) 781-3266, with any questions you might have.  Please know that my offices are here to help you.

  • Palm Tran Connection – (561) 841-4200 (Available to residents in an evacuation zone, mobile/manufactured home, physically handicapped, or have no other means of transportation.)
  • Pre-registration is required for individuals with special needs and pet-friendly shelters.
