Because of federal privacy laws, I will need your written permission to assist you with any issues you are experiencing with a federal agency. To speed up this process, you may want to print out my Authorization Form and return it by mail or fax it to my office at (952) 808-1261.  


Social Security Administration

Almost all Social Security Administration business can be conducted over the phone. Call (800) 772-1213 to get information, make an appointment, or request changes in your record. You can also visit the Social Security Administration website at www.ssa.gov to complete online applications for retirement or disability benefits, determine estimated retirement benefits, or change your address. You can also visit the Social Security office locator to determine which of the Social Security offices listed below are nearest you.

Local Social Security Administration offices are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 3 pm. Wednesday hours are 9 am to 12 pm.
