Representatives Ed Royce and Seth Moulton were selected to chair the 2016 Congressional App Challenge by Internet Caucus Co-Chairs, Representatives Bob Goodlatte and Anna G. Eshoo (more). Representatives Goodlatte and Eshoo spearheaded the creation of the Challenge and co-chaired the first Challenge in 2014 (more).
