Fed Court Strikes Down Major Agency

Dear Granite Stater,

    Everybody knows about Obamacare. The President's federal health care takeover is crumbling. Even Democrat governors are coming out against it. There was always a better way to lower costs and increase access.

    Not as many know about Dodd-Frank, a federal financial takeover, which Democrats passed on a virtually party-line vote, just like Obamacare. And just like Obamacare, the law, in particular the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, its enforcement arm, is crumbling under economic and judicial scrutiny.
