Pinellas County and the greater Bay Area is home to a myriad of local and regional military installations that generate thousands of defense, manufacturing, high-skill and high-technology jobs that ultimately provide for the security for our nation. In order to maintain and grow our local industries, as well as bring in new job creators to Florida’s 13th Congressional District, we must foster a business and employer friendly regulatory environment, reduce government-backed red tape and lower taxes, so employers and businesses are equipped with necessary tools to generate opportunities for our workforce.
